What a great help...Randy Voyles got right to work and got us back on the road! We broke down on a Saturday morning and Steve was the only fella working back in the service department. He got the pickup entered for work on Monday morning and helped us rent a vehicle for the weekend. Randy was able to get right to work our Dodge pickup though he had another pickup on the only hoist for a large vehicle. Service manager, Mike, provided EXCEPTIONAL service MULTIPLE times today. My check engine light came on this morning, and I was unsure about taking our van out of town tomorrow. When I called, he answered the phone and was knowledgeable and informative, easing my fears/hesitation.
