Jeremy in the service department was awesome! Came in for a routine oil change and tire rotation and he helped make the process smooth with updating records on my vehicle and the issue with my battery. He went above and beyond making sure everything was taken care of and keeping me in the loop. Will definitely be returning to Cassens because of their wonderful service!
Was involved in a Christmas eve fender-bender. Didn't think twice about taking my car to Cassens for repair work. When I picked up the car, it was as good as new and it was super clean inside and out!!

A year ago I paid to have a friend's TIPM repaired. I paid to have it done at a dealership for the guarantee that is supposed to come with Chrysler name on your sign. Our current dealership is claiming all the subsequent issues following the repair are a result of the incorrect parts being installed. They cannot as such, make the repairs under warranty, your dealership is claiming no responsibility, and Chrysler corporate seems to be unwilling to get involved. BUYER BEWARE!!!!! Cassens and Sons is NOT a trustworthy dealership. You cannot depend on Michael Hasamear (Service manager) or Larry Wehmeyer (President) to represent your needs if you have a warranty claim because they were not willing to represent mine. Cassens was not willing to help me with my powertrain warranty. I would be happy to share the details of my experience if anyone would like to contact me privately. Our Chrysler Factory service rep happened to be here on a separate matter. After our technicians couldn't find or duplicate your concern, we asked his opinion and he found nothing as well. Cassens is a great full-service dealership. I have had experience with all departments over the years. The service department and body shop treated me well so Cassens was where I started my search for a new truck. I started looking a year before purchase and Greg Jantz worked with me through the whole process. He was patient throughout and I felt like we reached a mutually beneficial sale.
