The whole dealership is awesome I will continue to do business with cassens. the service department did a great job on car repairs. wife is wanting a jeep. next time were in town we will finalize a jeep purchase. we wont go anywhere else.

Salesman Steve Lane knew nothing about the car I was interested in Acted as if he could care less if I bought the car or not Did nothing to try and get me the best deal possible The afternoon I did buy the car was Steve Lanes day off which apparently was more important cause "He had plans" Never even showed up.. A blessing!! Dustin Simaytis finished up the details and by far the most pleasant experience I had with Cassens

I can't say enough about the service we received at Cassens!!! So far in the past 10 days we have dealt with sales, financing, body shop, and the service department for a rental.... GREAT service by all!!! They went above and beyond what we expected! Definitely will purchase another vehicle from them!!

I just bought a new ignition for my Jeep Liberty through the parts department. Tim was awesome to work with, but after taking it home and trying it we found out it was another part. Called this morning confirmed with the person there it could be re-keyed but was told they could not take it back. How are you going to tell me you can re-use the part, and not take it back. I can understand maybe having a restocking fee, but was told not there is nothing they can do.
