Don't get your car repaired or serviced here. Especially if you are a young woman. My girlfriend was in today for a problem that we already knew the solution to. The only reason we brought it in was because she thought it was covered under her warranty, only to be told an hour and a half after looking at it that it wasn't covered and she would have to pay for it all out of pocket. She spent $175 in labor to find out the problem when we already knew what the problem was. If the guy would have listened to her in the beginning ... read more
My salesman, Tony did not hassle me or pressure me like other places I went car shopping. I just had my third oil change since I bought my car and everyone is always so polite. Thank you for making it easy and without any hassle!!!

We have a Dodge Journey. It has had some problems, we went to the dealership where we bought it (not Cassens). The original dealership service dept said if there was not a check engine light or computer code then there was nothing wrong with the car. We had heard from some friends that Cassens has a great service dept. They were right!!!!! They took the time to figure out the problems it was having and made sure the car was drivable before Dave left to go to his class in Dayton, OH. Terrible customer service. Please do not take your vehicle here for repairs. Out 1300 dollars and I still have the same problem. My car has been in 3 times now it is still not fixed and I was told it will now cost another $1200 to fix the same problem that I was having in June when I took it and paid $1300 the first time. Please save yourself time, money and frustration and go somewhere else. I would give this a negative score but they don't have one.
