They are the best. I especially love my salesman Tony Goodman. The service dept is exceptional I highly recommend Cassens

You should be ashamed at the way you treat people. Screw up the paperwork and then blame the customer and expect them to pay you more. Pathetic.

My first car buying experience at Newbold Toyota SUCKED. I traded my car in here after only having it a year to never deal with Newbold again. gave me the best value and top dollar for my car. Steve Lane was the absolute best car salesman I have had. Went above and beyond for me. Now I have everything I’ve wanted in my 2015 Chrysler 200 S. Great car. Great dealership. CAR BUYING MADE EASY! Absolutely outstanding. I will definitely be coming back when I am ready for a new car! Thank you again Cassens and Sons!

My husband and I had a great experience here! Tony Goodman is great! He is very helpful, knowledgeable, and isn't pushy. Once we made our purchase he showed us how to navigate our new Chrysler Pacifica. Which was great because there was alot to learn with it! He also called me the next day to follow up! Dustin is great as well in the financing department! An overall awesome experience! We will def go back!

Bought my first Jeep in Jan. My salesman Bob was great to work with. He's a no pressure guy that can answer any questions you may have. Made choosing a Jeep easy and fun. Dustin in finance had everything ready to go before I even met him in his office. They even gave a fair price on my trade in. No hassles.

My husband and I just just bought a new car last weekend. Our salesman Trent was very personable, and very pleasant to deal with. Not your typical pushy salesman. And the sales manger Scott made sure to come by and introduce himself which was a nice small touch. And the money man Dustin made all the paperwork a breeze! We will highly recommend this Dealership and I'm sure we will be a repeat customer! Thanks guys, it was fun doing business with you and will definitely send our family and friends your way!

Service department is awful. These knuckleheads could botch a tire change on a Radio Flyer wagon.
