I am so incredibly grateful for the most outstanding customer service I have ever received for an appliance issue. It’s a Sunday on a holiday weekend. My AC unit stopped working and my house was in the 80s. I have severe respiratory disease and was having trouble breathing. Not only did April the sweet girl who answered the phone instantly get me help, she worked around a lot of other issues I had to jump through with my appliance insurance. They installed a system 2yrs ago. Burnt wires 2 mths ago loose wire yesterday. No very good. Will not use again.
