RecommendedCassell Brothers did a fantastic job! We had complete installation of new system and ducts. Brian Phillips and other employees worked very hard and completed job in a timely manner. I was impressed by their professionalism and kindness. We only use Cassell Brothers. They have always been great and provide same day service.
My air went out on Monday night. A family friend told me about Cassell Brothers last night. I called them this morning and someone was at my home by the time I got off work! Carl Johnson was VERY professional and quick! Knew exactly what was wrong and fixed it! Very affordable price as well! Definitely recommending to EVERYONE!!! Thank you so much for your service!

Had a complete new system installed. Started off pretty rocky but all was made right. Mr Cassell came out to inspect the job himself. It means allot that the owner came out to ensure the work was up to his standards. Thank you sir

Some of the best customer service I have had in a while! I called at 3:30 today and had first class service with the person over the phone, someone arrived before 5 and less than 30 minutes, we have AC again! Caleb Capps was great at his job and so pleasant to work with! Highly recommend Cassell to everyone! You all also just replaced my moms entire unit three weeks ago, and Kenny Brown did a great and fast job there! Thank y’all for being the best in Columbia!!
