I like their maintenance program because it inspects my system fir possible issues and replaces my filters. Tranes systems are one of the best in the market. I purchased my air condition unit from them. Cassell Brothers provides very good professional service. I highly recommend them for repairs or a new system.

My heat went out recently and I have a newborn baby and I contacted castle brothers and they came out ASAP and Todd was a technician that came out and did impeccable work and was so super friendly and helpful and Kim also took care of me really well I would suggest anyone that has heating and air problems to contact castle brothers heating and air-conditioning they are amazing and went above and beyond to make sure that I was satisfied!!

Very good job. He was quite thorough, unlike the company that previously had my contract. With the previous company I had no air conditioning working after they left my property because they forgot to put the breaker back in properly. We didn’t discover until returning home that evening. Cassell appears to be a much better choice so far. Very professional.

Very professional group Todd Boles cane to check out our problem. Found leak under house. Steven came out and gave estimate to replace duct work. Brian cane out on Friday to layout plans. On Monday we had a great group of men arrive to tear out old duct and replace with new. Couldn’t hardly tell there were here. When finished you could not see one piece of trash from removal . We needed a complete overhaul of our HVAC, Our Heating unit was from the 1970's, our ductwork was, we believe to be the original ductwork from when the house was first built in the 1960's and our AC unit was 10 years old.
