Spent $5500.00, on new Trane unit 4 years ago, got some major issue with it now and they want 650.00 to repair 2 different Tech's been out and no one has a clue.

What great service! This is an honest company that does not push you into expensive repairs. We have a 10+ year old unit that has a small leak. They quoted us for the repair but recommended we just fill it as needed since the unit is so old and told us since it’s such a small leak we will be able to last the winter and summer. I appreciate the honesty.
Professional and honest easy to deal with would recommend them to anyone if a mistake is made they fix it quickly nice to know a company like this exist!
Don’t use cassell brothers they are a ripoff
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. A CHARGE OF $125.00 TO UNCLOG A PIPE ALONG WITH A $80 SERVICE FEE. THE TECH WAS THERE LESS THAN 20 MINS. WE ALSO CALLED THE MANAGER AND HE WAS NOT HELPFUL AND SAID THESE FEES ARE CORRECT. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!
Very disappointed in follow up customer service. I have requested paperwork to be able to get a large rebate for 6 weeks and still no response. I finally was told the paperwork had been returned to them due to incorrect address. I now have the papers so I can get the rebate.
We had been using our previous HVAC for several years, and had an issue with them, that they would not resolve to our satisfaction. Cassell Brothers was recommended by a good friend. Originally we called them for a service call and inspection. They found several issues that should have been brought to our attention by our previous company. They have been a very professional group of Technicians who have worked on our house, answered all of our questions and have made suggestions to improve our system.
