I just wanted to thank Cassell for their quick response when I called early this morning. Jeremain Williams, their service technician came very promptly and quickly diagnosed my AC unit freezing up. He cleaned my internal coils, which were filthy and has me comfy again! THANK YOU for your quick and professional service. I have found a new comfort company!
Called them Saturday at 3. They said they would get me worked in. At 7 their technician Kenny arrived. After a short time trying to figure out the problem, he had it pegged and my unit was up and running again in no time. Kenny was very professional and courteous. Thanks guys!
Thanks sooo much to John and Stephen and the rest of the Cassell Brothers crew that did a FABULOUS install on our new ac unit! It was my understanding that there was a mess under my house from the previous AC unit. They were so polite, efficient, courteous and quick during the whole process. When the job was done, my yard was spotless! Highly recommend this company! Also the guys that did our job!

I've always had good maintenance service from Cassell, so I turned to them to replace 2 aging heat pumps. They got them installed in one long day and were knowledgeable and courteous. I ended up not needing an extra vent for the system. They went out of their way to point out that it had been included in the estimate, so they called me back to refund part of my payment. This showed a lot of honesty on their part.
I can't say enough good things about Cassell Brothers Heating & Air. That is all.
Cassell bros strikes again. Heat pump works fine on a/c. Winter comes and system head pressure too high and venting. Cassell bros knows what I mean. Too much refrigerant in system. Can’t blame anyone else. Their complete install from heat pump to air handler. Use them at your own risk. You’ve been warned.
