Recently, our upstairs unit needed work. Our technician was punctual and was able to asses the problem and repair the unit very quickly. However, there was an issue with our warranty on the part needed for the repair. Tyler went above and beyond by getting the part we needed quickly, making the repair and cooling the upstairs as soon as possible, then contacting the warranty department on our behalf to get the mix up on the builder's part corrected for us. You folks did a job for us last year at our lake house. You did a good job at a fair price. I just called you in today for an estimate at my house (2 units). The price seemed HIGH. I guess you're trying to make up for the good pricing the first time around.

I can't say enough good things. Our upstairs A/C unit broke last night. We had never used Cassell brothers before but always heard great things. I called last night, and Dana Cassell answered the phone. She was wonderful and assured me that a technician would be over today. The technician, Tyler, arrived by 9:30 this morning and had our unit fixed in no time and the cost was very reasonable. Tyler was fantastic. Cassell brothers customer service is outstanding, I highly recommend Cassell Brothers!
Cassell Bros. recently did work at my daughter's house. They were the best! Highly recommend this wonderful, honest company!
