We had our new 16 seer 2 ton split unit installed on Weds. I work nights and had to work that night so I was sleeping during the day. We made a simple request to install the thermostat when I got up to which we were told.....no problem. Louis was awesome in giving our estimate, talking through our payment options as well as rebates. We had a new Trane XR16 installed on Monday and everyone involved was helpful and professional. Lewis came out and went over our options of a new unit, the plan and what we were to expect on the day of install. The two technicians explained the process the day of installation as well. They put down paper to protect our floors and carpet. They had is all done in an 8 hour shift. They were so polite and professional. I won't call anyone except Cassell Brothers for all our heating and air conditioning needs in the future.
Cannot express enough how pleased we were with Cassell Brothers. After getting the runaround from several other services, we were met with prompt, courteous phone service. Calls were returned when we were told they would be. The service was prompt and efficient. We have never used Cassell Brothers, but will not call anyone else after this experience.
I appreciate Cassell Brothers prompt and professional service. Tom Garofano completed the repair we needed. He was quick, professional and pleasant.

Your technician, Lewis W. is awesome! He is super nice, very knowledgeable, and professional. We need a new unit because ours is very old and he explained everything to us and worked with us to make sure we were completely satisfied. Your prices are very reasonable too. I can't wait to get our new unit next week and I look forward to working with you all in the future.
We just closed on a new "old" house and knew just who to call for quality service. Cassell Brothers came out and installed a top of the line unit, all new duct work and digital zoned thermostats (so cool). They rolled up like an army and when they were done, the house was cool and it was like they were never even there. They are efficient, reliable and stand behind their work! Not so common these days.
