A/C stopped working and was blowing hot air on us. Marc and Bud had someone at my house same day. Luke was fast and courteous. Fixed my A/C and had it running with in 30 mins and it didn't cost an arm and a leg. Couldn't ask for a better outcome. Thanks guys!!

Our downstairs A/C went out last night (Saturday) as we're having record high springtime temps. We called Cassell, thinking we'd just leave a message, but someone answered the phone and said they'd send a technician out in the morning between 9:00 and 10:00. He arrived on time, found the leak, repaired it, and the price was very reasonable. This is the second time we've had Cassell Brothers come to our home for A/C repairs and both times they've been very helpful, honest, prompt, and fair in their prices. They are wonderful! Jason sold our office two a/c units and was so great! He explained everything and went out of his way to make sure everything was perfect. They went above and beyond! I highly recommend them!
I loved the prompt attention for my request to set up a maintenance agreement with Cassell Brothers. They handled it over the phone and even mailed me my credit card receipt and a pamphlet. I was just as impressed with the technician that arrived to check out our systems. While the units were working fine, he found several problems in the ductwork and air handlers that our previous company had not brought to our attention.
