I am a second semester sophomore this spring, and I have been living in Casas Del Rio since last fall. This is the perfect dorm if you are looking for a clean, spacious, and comfortable place to share with roommate! It's so nice not having to bring a fridge or microwave, and the sink space is awesome! As a freshman at UNM I found housing at Casas del Rio to be affordable, comfortable and fun. I particularly enjoyed the spacious rooms and the friendly and responsive staff who help create the fun and supportive environment at Casas.
Casas del Rio has provided me with the greatest housing experience for on campus housing living. Love this place!
Living at Casas was a great on-campus living experience! The rooms are so nice and all of the events the RAs put on are fun! It's a nice community.
I am a second semester freshman this year and Casas Del Rio was one of my first options for housing. I am definitely glad that I chose to live here. It is located in such a convenient area on campus, makes going to class quick. Everyone that works here is so nice and always so welcoming. The utilities are super nice. It is just a great place to live in general. I will definitely be coming back next year!
