Casas Del Rio is definitely the best place to live on campus! It is very close to the dining hall, the Student Union Building, and the gym. Casas is very clean which is one of the best things and the rooms are much bigger than other universities. Also if you have a problem with something in your room and you go down to the front desk they will fix it right away which helps out a lot! Definitely recommend living here at Casas Del Rio!
Everyone on staff is very kind and helpful. It is easy to communicate problems, if they ever arise, and they are very promptly resolved. There is a 24 hour courtesy enforcement making this community quite, fun, and a perfect place to live for a hard working student. The rooms are also super nice. Some of the best dorms I've seen, and for a great price!
It was fun I felt like there was a community aspect which helped with the first year of college. The only bad thang was I could hear everyone from upstairs and next to me.
Living in Casas del Rio is a great experience I would recommend for new UNM students. I am a freshmen and the community here is wonderful to connect with my fellow classmates, and has amazing amenities to utilize that are always clean and in great shape. I have never had any complaints about my living area and have made amazing connections with the people I live with.
Casas Del Rio is amazing! Being that it is my first year here, it has felt like a home away from home. The staff are very nice and respectful. The rooms have a nice setting, clean laundry room, no noisy neighbors, and very reasonable monthly rates. I definitely recommend living here.
It is my year at UNM and living at Casas del Rio has given me a great beginning experience. There are so many activities planned for those living at Casas that allow everybody to socialize and make new friends. The rooms are very well equipped with a mini refrigerator, microwave and a very spacious closet The gym is also a great asset that I use often! I look forward to spending my spring semester here!
