Honestly, It was awesome! i love living here. Casas has made my freshman year enjoyable. This is the place to live!
I loved my experience here at Casas Del Rio. The staff wasnt anything short of remarkable and the halls are always clean and presentable. You have easy access anywhere on campus, including Zimmerman library and the dinning hall. I would highly recommend living here.
I'm a freshman at Casas del Rio this year and I consider it to be by far the best housing option on campus. The staff is fantastic and the facilities are great. Definitely recommend to everyone I meet!
I have had a lot of maintenance issues. I had a leak in the bathroom back to back days because they messed up fixing that. When they came to fix my light bulb they did not lock my door when they left. It is a good place to live but everyone usually keeps to themselves so it is not very community setting.
I have no problems living here for the past two years.
I am a Sophmore, first year living on campus and I think that Casas was pretty good to me. Maintenance seemed pretty ontop of things, and nothing that went wrong was really casas fault, they can't control roomates. However it is a little pricey.
Affordable and clean rooms close to classes and dining hall. Maintenance is normally really quick and efficient about everything. The staff members are really sweet, helpful, and professional. The amenities are really nice and useful.
ATTENTION: PEOPLE CONSIDERING THIS LOCATION/ RESIDENTS WHO MAYBE THINKING OF RENEWING LEASE!! The first semester I lived here it was alright, but In my second semester it was the worst experience ever. I used to cook in the community kitchen and leave my pots and pans in the cabinets they supply, as most people did there.
