There service sucks, I been staying two weeks so far but the way they treat their clients is very unprofessional!!!
Looking for someone to take over my lease, ASAP! No longer coming to UNM for an exchange year, so the room will be completely un-used by me. I'm on a two bedroom, one bathroom (shared) floor plan, $524 p/month with all utlities included. Message me!!
Casas Del Rio is a perfect on-campus housing option. Lobo Village is also a great off-campus option with all the amenities and perks of being on campus. I currently need to get out of my lease if anyone is looking to switch over to Lobo Village send me a message.
Loved living here at Casas, the RA were typically friendly, the appliances all worked, and the facilities were always clean. Definitely would recommend!
Casas del Rio is an excellent place to live. It is definitely the best place to live on campus. I really appreciate the fact that they set aside events for the residents to stay entertained. I know that if I have a problem that Casas del Rio will take care of me. The dorms are very nice and kept fairly clean.
Kinda pricey, but not bad. They're pretty lenient with rules like quiet hours, which can be a good thing or a bad thing depending on whether you're the one making noise or the one trying to sleep. Overall, good place to stay for the price.
Let's make this short by saying Casas is a great place to stay!!!
Definitely one of the best places to live on the UNM campus! The staff is polite, the rooms are cozy, and it's location provides quick access to the dining hall and the rest of the UNM campus. All in all, it's pretty good.
