Love love love living here!! I was nervous since Id seen so many complaints but it was great!! They are actively working to fix everything people complained about last year. It's a new building, you can't expect them to have everything perfect yet but it's pretty great! The rooms are cleaner and nicer than anywhere else. The ra's are friendly. It's 100% worth what you pay for!!
The hot water problems aren't problems, lots of people using lots of water, I've never had an issue. The halls are clean and have easy access to the dining hall. I enjoy living there, and the suite system is really nice. Things could be better, but it's not as bad as some of the reviews have said
It's been great, the layout, the people, the gym, the friends, the kitchens, the on demand cable, it's all so great!!! I lived here as a Resident the first year it opened and this is the third year I've been here.

Don't recommend this to anyone. Bad business model. Broken utilities, unresponsive management. Very noisy. son is a good student but we regret being stuck here. Go elsewhere. They wrote us an email to hurry and get last years rates as they where going fast ($539) and then turned around two months later and offered incoming freshmen a better rate because they couldn't fill rooms ($499) that they would not offer us. I guess they lied about the rooms filling up.
We need to re-let my daughter's single room/shared bath dorm room for the 2014-2015 academic year due to a long-term illness in the family. We are willing to pay the first two month's rent ($619/month) after the contract is signed to re-let. If interested, please call us at (505)-672-0698.
