RecommendedI have a girls 2 bedroom 1 bathroom shared available. The rent is 529 a month. Casas is definitely the best place to live on campus. I lived in the dorms before moving to casas, the dorms are terrible and don’t even compare to The rooms at Casas. It’s really close to the dining hall and the residence center. The rooms are nice. The management has been an absolute nightmare. Between the 2 years of screwed up mail and constant bookkeeping issues this parent has had it . The management is incompetent but the RAs really try and are wonderful. So be forewarned parents , you may be spending a lot of your time dealing with mail issues and the right hand not not knowing what the left hand (inTexas) is doing. In checking the hundred or more reviews of Casas it appears that the management has been an on going issue.

I love living here! The rooms are really spacious, the closets are huge and having a bathroom a few feet away from you is great. All the RAs are really helpful and very approachable. The programs the different RAs hold are fun. Living here really does feel like a home away from home. I always look forward to coming back after breaks. All in all, Casas del Rio is great! If you get the opportunity to live here you should take it!
