This morning I donated a pint of blood at the Flower Mound location. Everyone was very attentive and knowledgeable. The lady that took my blood got my vein on the first try and I hardly felt it. I try to give regularly throughout the year and I really like the staff at the Flower Mound location.
These ladies are great at sticking my veins! Always done with 1 attempt and very gentle! they are very attentive as well !
Had my first donation today! Everybody was very friendly and helped me calm down because I was a bit anxious about the process. Looking forward to future frequent donations!
