Donated blood today for the first time at Bedford center. I must say from the moment I walked in, I was greeted with the most friendly, caring and compassionate group of ladies ever! Quick, clean, and professional
1st time TRYING to donate and this place is a joke...no one to answer questions at the front desk when I walked in and when someone did acknowledge that I was standing there, I was told to sit down. After 40mins of just seeing if someone would say anything, another person walks in and within 5mins, they are lead to one of the rooms. This is after I heard her say she did not have an appointment or did anything online-just walked in.
