I recently went to carpet den to buy carpet for my home in Laurelbrook. Lisa, my sales rep, was very inquisitive regarding my choice of carpet, stating that Laurelbrook homeowners should only have hardwood floors. I won't go back.
We have used Carpet Den Interiors and their designer Lisa McNeese for years. They recently did an amazing hardwood install for our home following some severe water damages. The flooring looks beautiful! The installers were very quick, professional, and extremely clean with the project. Lisa stayed in touch throughout the entire project to make sure all was going well. Again...thanks Carpet Den and Lisa for another top-notch job. Very pleased!
We knew after 10 years it was time for the carpet to go! We went over to Carpet Den and were greeted by Lisa McNeese as soon as we entered the showroom. She was tremendously helpful since we had never purchased carpet before and made the process very easy! We were in the store on Monday, she measured on Wednesday and we had our new carpet installed the next Friday when we were off work!! Very Happy and will return for future flooring needs!
We couldn't be happier with our new area rug. We're greeted as soon as we walked into their beautiful showroom. We worked with Lisa McNeese who was very helpful and pleasant . We knew what we wanted when we went in and the price was so much better than we expected after researching prices on line. She ordered the rug (luckily it was in stock in Ga.) and in 5 days it on our floor. Will be going back for our floor needs.
Beautiful store and great products, but terrible customer service. I came in looking to add 800SF of hardwood (w/install) and couldnt get a call back after they came out for a measurement and i landed on the product. Disappointing experience at best.
We have used Carpet Den for eight different flooring projects over the last 12 years! Either we have been pleased or can't learn a good lesson! :) Thankfully, it is the former! The installers have always been prompt, courteous, and have done their jobs well (carpet and laminate).
