Thank you Elana and Carpet Den! When I told Elena we were going with another competitor, she politely offered to requote to see if she could do better. I was surprised, but decide to give her another shot. Elena beat a local competitor by $700 for the same product! The Installers were polite, prompt, hard working and really did a great job. We have used Carpet Den multiple times in the past year. The first time was to install new carpeting throughout our home. The second time was to repair and replace flooring after we experienced water damage. On both occasions, we worked with Traci McCormick. She was excellent in helping us choose the right product and then executing install. The install crews were amazing. I just recently purchased from Carpet den interiors. I was pleasantly surprised at the pricing they provided me. They encouraged me to shop around and try to find a better price on the item I was interested in. I went to 3 different stores and no one could touch the price. I caught them during a sale and saved at least $750. They called me the day before install and the guys showed up on time,worked hard and cleaned up after themselves. Isaha is the main installer,you must request him.

I built a new house and purchased all the carpet for it at Carpet Den and was very pleased with the final result. My salesperson, Pam Schmidt, was professional, friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating. She followed through on every detail even visiting the home for a personal consultation. An absolutely horrible experience - run don't walk away from this bunch of crooks! About six months ago, I ordered carpet for several rooms, a bound area carpet for a living room and installation of a marble floor for a bathroom, and it has been a living hell since then trying to get the various jobs finished, or the many screw-ups that resulted corrected. We decided to re-carpet as well as add laminate to an entry way. When we built our house 14 years ago, Carpet Den was the group that our builder recommended. 14 years later we decided to worked with Carpet Den again. Traci was great to work with and helped us through every step of the process. The crews they used for the work did a GREAT JOB. Very professional and took pride in their workmanship.
