My experience with Traci and Carpet Den was exceptional! Traciâ??s expertise with assisting me pick out my flooring colors was effortless. She made it so easy. I cannot say enough positive things about the entire experience as the installers and the trim guys were fabulous and went above and beyond. Extremely courteous and knowledgeable. We absolutely love working with Traci @Carpet Den Interiors! We own 7 rental properties, a lake house and our Franklin home; we began working with Traci and Carpet Den several years ago. The first couple of times I would do 'price and product comparison' with Lowes, Home Depot and another local shop; I found Traci and Carpet Den to recommend the best flooring product and pricing of all of them. Now I don't bother to look anyplace else.

Extremely pleased with the service of this company. We had a leak in our home. The crew came in pulled up the flooring and laid it back down within 48 hours of receiving the wood, (which was 3 days later after we paid). The first 2 companies could not come out for weeks to bid the job. Elena called, came out the same day and we were back in our home within 8 days of the flooding... I highly recommend this company. Very good experience with the product options, the product knowledge and advice provided by Traci McCormick and her overall customer service. The installation went very smoothly - scheduled without any delays. We are very pleased with our first Carpet Den experience!
