Horrible Unreliable Service – These guys are clueless. They originally gave us a 10 day estimate. 3 weeks later when we call they can't even let us know the status of our rug because "they are having phone problems". After a month we manage to schedule delivery. "Between 11am and 1pm Friday". 5pm rolls around and we still haven't heard from them. Their customer service reps promise to look into it and call back, but then never do. Awful.

Be careful with these guys... – First: do not buy the "free estimate" line. They come to your house and take your rug away whethere you agree to or not. Second: They do not clean the rug as promised. They simply vacuum the rug. For $200, I couyld have vacummed it myself. All the stains and dicoloerations are there. It is clear that all that was done to my rug was that it was vacuumed. Ah well, there goes $200. lesson learned!

Follow-up on RUINED White Couch – As promised, here is my follow up: DON'T USE THESE GUYS!!!!!!!! The manager told us they would have someone at our place on Wednesday between 8 and 10 to assess the damage and try to repair the couch (probably because they already charged my credit card $650). The service guy called at 10:30, informing me that his van broke down and that he would come some time later in the day. I called the manager to ask him what was the problem? He told me ^&%$ happens. flat rate carpet clean mattresses - don't do it!!!!!!! – They also claim to clean mattresses, I recently got my mattress cleaned by them and I can say truly they suck. Don't believe the advertisement or what they tell you. In the advertisment it says they use organic products and that it will make your mattress even heathier than when you purchased it. Bad job, worse service – Found them on the web. Checked BBB and there were no complaints so contacted them. Got an email saying they tried to call me but got no answer. My phone shows missed calls and there were none but I decided to get an estimate. Came and gave me an estimate for deep cleaning carpets and furniture, scotch guarding and carpet repair. my heirloom carpets – I inherited a beautiful Oriental rug that had spent some time in storage. The rug had been attacked by moths and was very faded, but it was valuable, and not only in monetary terms. Quick and Clean – The building next to mine has been under construction for months. The dust comes in through the window and gets all over my furniture and carpeting. I found these guys on the web, and they offered to come to my house to give me an estimate. I liked the price the guy gave me, and he was pretty friendly, so I decided to do the work as soon as the contruction ended. They did a great job.

Good Price, Good Service – A pipe burst in my ceiling, and I tried to dry the carpets myself, but after a week the carpeting in my apartment was covered in stains, and it made the whole place smell like mildew. Flat Rate sent over one of their guys to take a look at the situation. I picked out new carpeting, and they ripped up the old stuff, dried the floor and treated it for mold, and installed my new carpet, in two days!

Sofa Savers – A few weeks ago I moved, and the movers ripped the upholstery on my sofa. As if that wasn't bad enough the sofa was so dirty I didn't even want to sit on it. My friend gave me the number of Flat Rate Carpet. They came to my home that day to give me a price in person. The price was great, and he did the work right then and there. Only a few hours after I called my sofa was repaired, clean and dry. Now I can relax in my new home, and when I need my carpets cleaned I'll know who to call!
