I was surprised how well they treated me from the first phone call till the time they were done. I was surprised they got my stubborn stain out, other companies tried to get ti out, they couldnt do it. It was a A-1 profession job.

Long awaited removal of a stain! – The stain I had on my couch was a stain that was awful. I was always embarrassed of it and put throw blankets over the spot. I had Flat rate Carpet coe over for a free estimate..... and they mentioned they can gt out the stain with 100% guarentee.. igave it a go. I am pleased with the cleaning, its 1 week later and the stain is not viasble anymore........finally

my grout and tile cleaning, sparkles now! – i had the grout and tile cleaned at my place.... in the kitchen, hallway, and bathrooms... what a difference my place looks! nice service.. ill be open to use them again about every 6 months

COUCHES AND CARPET CLEANED – GOOD EXPERIENCE, GREAT CLEANING. CALLED WANTED CARPETS CLEANED, I HAD AN APPOINTMENT FOR A CARPET CLEANING, WHEN THE CLEANERS CAME OVER THEY MENTIONED THEY CLEANED COUCHES, AND MINE SURELY NEEDED A CLEANING, SO I WAS PLEASENTLY SURPRISED ON HOW GREAT MY LIVING ROOM LOOKED AFTER ALL THE SPRUCING UP.

I would use this company again and recommend it to others. I’ve used another cleaning company for many, many years, and they’re not open anymore. Flat Rate Carpet was one of my many companies that came for an appointment and I liked them best. Their prices were great along with the staff. They cleaned the carpet in my home, and it looks as good as new.

Great Service and Results =) – They booked me right away for a free estimate, the price was very reasonable and the cleaning options were great, they pick up and delivered my rug and my sofa was looking brand new and smelling great after cleaning. I totally recomend them!!

hard workers – I made an appointment through a Chat system they had through their website. Someone was able to come later that night when I got off of work to clean my carpet in my apartment. The process was performed in a fast manner with a hardworking man who did a terrific job!

Awful Customer Service and Delivery plus ruined rug – Do not use them. They are horrible with delivery. One time they just showed up without an appointment to deliver back my cleaned rugs. Then, when you make an appointment, they don't show up. It happened twice with me. Also, they ruined my dining room rug. They tried to fix it but it's really unfixable. I called three times to get a refund and complain but no one calls me back. I just filed a complaint with the BBB.

Never Use This Company – I called them to clean my area rugs. they gave me a very low price over the phone so I decided to use them. After waiting 4 hours for them the guy that came over said the rugs needed a special cleaning and tried to charge me three times the amount of the original phone estimate. I didnt use them and then they started harassing me over the phone saying that he drove 2 hours to get to me and that he will tell all other carpet cleaners to charge me the same amount.
