Fresh and Clean & Chemical Free – Finally a company that guarantee's green products! I am relieved that I can now have my carpets freshened up without them smelling like toxic chemicals. The technician did an amazing job on my sofa too.
Friendly expedited service! – After the recent hurricane Irene, my basement had been flooded and there was this horrible smell wafting up the stairwell into my house. I called them and they scheduled me an appointment for the same day. They came and did a complete water damage restoration on my basement. Local and dependable – I just moved to the neighborhood and wanted the carpets cleaned in the house so that we would start out completely fresh. My neighbor suggested I call flat rate a trusted local service provider and hire them for the work. I was a little skeptic at first but agreed on having a technician come for a free consultation. Great Rug Cleaners – Had them clean a pair of my favorite rugs after one had stains from mud and the other got hit with a good amount of marinara, they got all the stains out and delivered them as promised! Very nice prices and fast service.
Free Estimate and Good Service – The free estimate was spot on - got rid of some stains I had in my favorite rugs, the guy that came out was good about answering my questions - about the process of cleaning the rugs, the products they use to clean with - very polite and professional. Their prices are very reasonable, no other place can match their prices and for the price, they do a very good job.
Terrific Work! – At first I was hesitant because they didn't want to give me a quote over the phone, but I took the free estimate anyway thinking in the least I would receive a free consultation and know more details as to how I should go about cleaning my carpets. The technician was well mannered and took his time to explain all the different treatments available. I decided to green light the service, and he did a wonderful job. My carpets look spectacular. Got Out Bad Smells From My Carpets – I had my sister stay with me for a few weeks and after she left, I couldn't wait til she left - she brought her two dogs and the smell was horrible! Flat Rate came out the day she left and got the carpets smelling like new before I went to bed that night. Great work!!
Great work Flat Rate! – A pipe burst in our apartment and managed to get a large part of the carpeting wet. We tried for days to dry the area but ended up with just a stinky, mildew mess. We called Flat Rate Carpet Cleaners and they came over that day, washed the area, and by the time it dried the mildew stink was gone and you'd never know that anything had happened there. I definitely recommend these guys.
Very impressed! – I had these guys come over to take a look at some old stains in my carpet i tried to get rid of my self without any success.. The Technician was very professional took him no more then 2 hours to clean the whole house and he did an amazing job, the carpet looks great and the price is completely fare
