My Antique Carpets – My carpet had regular stains the one day I looked(I thought let it get cleaned), so I used my trusty google and found flat rate and called. The telephone representative gave me the advice of doing the job the next day. The technician came promptly at 11am and told me the proceedure and assured me the success of my carpet coming out reborn. He collected the carpet and said it would be back as soon as it is cleaned. Great Service – I had flat rate carpet come out to clean the area rugs in my apartment. The rugs were picked up and delivered back to me for free and in a timely manner. When returned, the rugs looked great and all the stains were out. I am very happy with the service I received from flat rate and would use them again and highly recommend them to anyone.

Don't Expect On Time Delivery – I have been stranded three times with their return delivery service. There have been a number of problems in receiving my rugs after cleaning: "We have two appointment systems and you were in the wrong one", the traffic is too heavy to deliver, our driver had a personal emergency. They do not call if they are running late and do not honor their own set times. I would not use them again.

awful – When I called Flate Rate Carpet they were there within the hour. They were happy to tell me they could get the stains out of my chairs, take my money and leave with the furniture. I was told it would take 10-14 days. Three months later I couldn't get anyone to call me back. I called about 5 different numbers a day and either there was no answer or someone would call me back. Good job – I called these guys in to clean my sofa, 5 rooms and some stairs. They did it when they delivered the area rugs that they picked up last week. It was good work and I'd use them again.

Clean rugs – I had my rugs cleaned and delivered and they look great. I was a little put off to begin with because I was told they'd take a week to 10 days to be done. They came back on the earliest day of the promised range and they're sparkling and they did my sofa when they delivered them.

Super Sofa – I wanted my sofa cleaned that day, but they had to put me in for the following morning. No biggie. My appointment was for him to arrive between 8 - 10 am and the guy called to tell me he'd arrive at 9 and he did. Then he cleaned my sofa and now it's clean.

Would use again. – I got a great, punctual service. Top job - what I wanted, when I wanted it. I'd definitely use them again.
