Bait and Switch... Don't Use – I found these guys through an internet search. I called them and asked for a price to clean two rooms of carpeting. They said it would be between and $60 and $80. When they arrived, their "estimator" took a quick look and said it would cost $225. I told himI what I was quoted and he said that was for "steam cleaning" which wouldn't clean the carpet, only "fluff it up." I sent them packing. I called back their office to express my concern and they never returned my call. Avoid these guys!

Excellent service, very professional – Just had a very positive experience with flat rate carpet. Ron was incredibly professional and agreed on a price that was reasonable and fair for a rug that my dog had an accident on. I have used them before and highly recommend the company.

Party Foul – The carpet of mine was cleaned from them because it got really dirty at a party I had. All the chips got smashed on the carpet making a big orange stain. I sought out professional cleaners because my vacuum did not clean the stain out along with other materials. Looked on the internet and found Flat Rate.. they had a carpet cleaner at my home later that day. Looks like no stain was there – ooks like no stain was there Woke up and my dog had an accident on my carpet inb the bedroom. I called right away and talked to A Nice Lady who made an Appointment for later that Day. I had to be in work, so my Doorman showed them to my Place and the cleaner called me right away to tell me the Estimate. The price was good, so I authroized him to start the Job. Awesome work Flat Rate Carpet – Leather sofa was cleaned better than I could have wished Was always reluctant about getting my leather upholstry cleaned after having this done when desperatley needed it, will happily do it again with Flat Rate Carpet

The ripped me off big time – I am not extremely concerned with my furniture, but when someone's kid peed on my grandma's chair i figured I better do the job right. I called these guys and they came over within two days. They then proceeded to tell me a lot of false information about the cost (I stupidly did not check other prices) and thoroughly messed up my chair. Couldnt be more pleased with Flat Rate Carpet. I called for my area rug that had water damage... They picked it up and explained the process.... Came back 2 weeks later without the mold and bad smell from being in the basement. Happy to have my rug in the living room for people to see now :D

B.C.C. – Well, my girl flew to Miami to visit her family, so i had this little get together with friends, and unfortunately the coke must of fell, and when we opened the bottle it exploded all over our white carpet and spots all over our white suede sectional sofa. I thought she would kill me, but thank god i called Flat Rate and they saved my life with great services, and Reasonable prices.
