Worst service for breakfast I ever had¡!!!!!!!!!!!!
Location is about the best thing about the place. The hotel room wasn't anything special. The elevator situation is brutal. Finding someone who speaks fluent English is a task. Very disappointed with the housekeeping. They make the beds and leave towels, other than that they don't clean.Sand was on the floor. Someones hair was on the floor in the bathroom. Sand was on the bottom of the tub when we arrived. Used towels were always left behind. Previous guests left belonging under the bed. They were still there when my family ... read more
My family spends a week every Summer in a condo at the Carousel. We love everything about this hotel.
Excellent resort! Have been coming for years and the staff is very friendly, rooms are clean, and the food is great! Convenience to everything is wonderful especially the beach access, and many restaurants! Having an indoor and outdoor pool is great too along with the ice rink, kids love it!
Have never had a problem here I wish I could own a condo so I can never leave great family place clean good staff good pool can't complain.
