The condo we stayed in was on the 11th floor and was pretty and large enough. After many years of staying at the Carousel I was disappointed. The condo was not clean, there was half eaten food and snacks left in the cabinets, dust bunnies of blonde hair all over the place and the dishwasher was broken. I brought the broken dishwasher to the attention of the condo staff, maintenance responded within minutes. I expected someone to repair it on Saturday. This did not happen. Hotel was nice, breakfast staff was very rude with eye rolling and huffing and puffing(brunette) .The breakfast buffet was out of food. Once they finally refill the breakfast buffet we got some disgusting liquid powder tasting eggs and raw bacon. Toilet was broke..among other issues. We made the best of the stay but we wouldn't ever rebook in the future. The amenities were nice that's the reason for 2 stars.
Room was a little dated but commenserate with price.

Absolutely love this hotel. Great spacious room overlooking the Ocean. Amazing kind staff and fabulous indoor pool. Inside snack stand and ice rink inside. Just note the pool railings don't go down into the pool. Strange. Use caution. Especially seniors. But it's very large and clean. Largest I've seen indoors. Definitely be back!
We stayed there a couple weeks ago. My daughters friend left her wallet on the table in the lobby. It was picked up by a security person who then claimed he returned to its owner. Well we knew that wasn’t true. The security supervisor let us look at the surveylance tapes from that night. We saw the guy pick up the wallet and bring it into a office.
