Wish I could pick zero stars. These people got $837 out of me and kicked us out after just staying 30 minutes . We made a reservation for a pet friendly room a mistake was at the front desk and we a room not pet friendly property manager called me a liar. We were treated like criminals and thrown out for having a small dog. It was the front desk not putting down pet friendly when we reserved . Family had a great time. Staff is very polite and professional. First timer and we will be back again.
It's nice but for the price l payed . I am not happy by the skating rink .
For the money i spent i did not get What i expected small room, ice rink view, could not use balcony door jammed, no instructions to pool access. It a good thing they had the Atlantic ocean. That was the only good thing. This was my retirement gift thanks for nothing. a Motel 6 would have been better place. Will not recommend and NEVER be back
Great short walk to beach Rooms not very clean Elevator very slow and number lights burned out Ice machine broken Stated it was smoke free and people next to us smoking on balcony Always had to ask for towels Balcony door did not lock Staff did not understand english Offered free coffee but it was always empty
We came down from Pennsylvania for a 3 night getaway. Our check in time was 4pm and we had arrived around 1. So we sat down outside and had a nice lunch by the ocean ($50 dollars for 2 burgers with chips was a bit much but it was very well made). Luckily our room was ready so we were able to get to it for around 2:30 which was great. The hotel was very nice, and the employees were nice also.
