Bed bugs! Had to do an emergency check out. And not just a few... beds were completely infested and sheets were blood stained. Horrible!
Had a great stay this week. Clean rooms and always seen people cleaning and fixing any issues. Housekeepers we're great. Cleaned and changed out towels everyday. And always something going on for the kids to do.
Best thing around, We were not supposed to get ocean views but we did. It was so amazing there. Like omg!
Excellent workers,beautiful condo (1610),very clean,great service everywhere you go in the hotel! Absolutely pleased with my first trip to this hotel and definitely be returning in the future! Thank you Carousel!
Every thing you need is with in walking distance and on the hotel
Been staying here just about every year for a week in July for 10 years. We rent a condo and they are usually amazing. My only complaint and it's been the same complaint for 10 years is the elevators....Def need more of them. 2 elevators serving the condos is crazy !!!...Especially when everyone checks in and out at the same time. Be prepared to wait and get aggravated. But other than that I wouldn't stay anywhere else.
