The ice show was fantastic...we are outside and food was delicious hot n service Good... Will go back for a tiki bar experience.�
far from boardwalk but you don't need to go anywhere, everything to do is at the resort Our condo fresh and comfortable with great view , restaurants with good food and great value Beach , pool , ice skating , gym , life music and shows - Amazing time !
Our condo was great as usual, we got there to find that the entire condo was remodeled and was really nice! (Unit 2205) We have stayed at the carousel for 5 or 6 yrs now and we have decided this was our last year eating at their inside restaurants! 2 yrs in a row we had water dripping on our table for the rink side dinning and it seemed to not be a big deal to the staff. This yr we were told its just b/c its raining outside...ok great we don't want water dripping on our table as we eat! Then we were giving the wrong food...3... read more
Resort itself has a lot to offer. Ice skating rink is a nice touch. But our privately owned condo was worn out and poorly maintained. We had issues and felt blown off by the owner.

I've only been here for 2 days and I don't see why everyone or some people are giving this hotel not so good reviews, so far my stay has been very good, it's a family hotel, while most hotels need renovations this one might also but in all a great place to stay, right on the strip and the food is very good also, the view is awesome even though I can't see the beach , I'm still pleased. I think they should get 5 ✨ ✨✨✨✨

We stayed at the ocean city location for 4 nights starting June 30 in room 306. We were very disappointed with level of housekeeping - none. We asked one day 3-4 times to clean the room , to bring coffee etc. it happened again in a day. The room was never cleaned or vacuumed, the dust and sand stayed where they were. The bathroom was never cleaned. We were able to fight for clean towels and some shampoo � after talking at the front desk. Good hotel i was afraid to do a reservation in this hotel of what ppl was talkung but they wrong good hotel good ppl and staff..i will be back on August!!!! A lot to do.....
