This resort was amazing for our family! Our kids loved the indoor pool and everything else in the lobby area! We only had one issue with our bathroom, called the front desk and boom they were up there to fix it within 5-10 minutes! Everyone was very friendly!

Great burger. Joanna was great. We sat st the bar.
I have called numerous times to get someone to check to see if my bathing suit was still in my room....no call back, and we finally talked to someone they gave us horrible customer service. I guess now that they have my money I don't matter as a customer. Won't stay here ever again. (Plus it's old and dated)

Fue muy lindo estar en Carrusel todo siempre estuvo muy lindo, el personal muy amable, el espectáculo de hielo fue grandioso y todos los entrenamientos muy divertidos
This was an awesome place to stay! My kids always had something to do and always were making new friends! Being so close to the beach was great and having the pool for days the ocean was cold. Staff was very friendly and accommodating and our room was always clean! We will definitely be returning.

The place is really well kept up. The indoor pool could use renovation but besides that great place!
