Love the condos, a family of 6 was comfortable. Although it was raining my children had a blast.
We stay here every year for the past 5 years. This year was the first time we had leaking from the ceiling in front of our room door. The toilet kept overflowing and our rooms were not cleaned at all for 2,days. We ate in the restaurant and had an hour wait..the food took almost 2,hours to get to our table. I plan to complain to management after our trip is over. Still have 2 more days!!
This resort was awesome . My family and I had a great time . Great place for kids . Something for ages 2~ 100 lol
Very reasonable in price and extremely friendly staff. They have lots to do for all family . Rooms are clean and nice condition. I use to run a 5 star hotel and have to say I'm pleased and will return . I only hope upper management gets to see my review .
We've stayed at the Carousel in different condos for the past five years. It's one location where we can have two bedrooms and two bathrooms, face the ocean with a balcony, have a full kitchen and living room area and washer and dryer. Parking is available but can get difficult when the facility is at near capacity. We get an indoor and outdoor pool, indoor and outdoor dinning and we're right on the beach. This review is solely based on parking situation and elevator situation. If staying here be prepared to never have a spot in the parking lot and expect to wait 15 mins some days for the elevators which is a joke. Other than that our stay was ok.
