Went for the pool and hot tub !!!! Freezing hot tub/broken ... dirty pool!!!! So cold in area tht attendant had a space heater to keep warm!!!Front desk staff very rude!!! All rides broken for kids. Won't be returning!!!! They tried to redeem with free ice skating which was a good gesture ... but too late!!!

We arrived on Friday to check in at four and it seemed pretty nice but after we got settled in four rooms around us checked in all together and had a lot of kids in the group running and yelling in the hallway unsupervised until past midnight .The next morning I said something to the front desk about it as we were going to the pool which we only got ten min in because kids splashing water on us and a lot were unsupervised even with a guardian there and not correcting them,and the Do Not Disturb sign went missing In the night... read more
We had Thanksgiving dinner at the Carousel yesterday. We had eaten there a few years ago and had a much better experience, which is why we returned. I was disappointed that the price had gone up yet they had less options than the first time we had gone. Also, we had to sit in a makeshift area near the ice rink instead of the dining room, where we sat the last time. My husband and I just stayed here for a long weekend and it was so relaxing! I booked an oceanfront hotel room and put a note asking that we could be up a little bit higher because we love a great view. I let them know we have 2 special needs children and this was a special trip for just my husband and I, for a much needed break.
