Great for family group or other vacation stuff. Ideal spot for both kids and adults tons to do here. Get the ocean front view you wouldn’t regret it.

We had an awesome stay! Rose Bush and the Ice skating Lady that runs the ice skate rental were awesome. Both of them convinced us we need to come back this summer and enjoy the family activities.

What a dump. Ice rink not working. No hot water so no showers in two days. CONSTRUCTION going on just outside the doors starting before 9am with drilling, sawing, etc all day both days we stayed here. Pools and arcade room periodically closed to kids here and there due to some sort of “incident”. They should have closed. Management said “this place isn’t for everybody” when my gf talked about the issues. Seriously zero excuse for taking my money.

From the front desk to the management and Carousel Group Reservations...they were the worst. Had an emergency where my daughter was rushed to Bayview Burn Center in Baltimore after an accident. She had 1st and 2nd degree burns. That night we were to check in to the hotel for the St Paddy Days weekend celebration. I call spoke to 4 different people, after explaining my situation they refused to give me my deposit back. No empathy! Had a great time, except when they had to close the pool for an entire evening & made no concessions for us! Restraint is expensive but you can gel delivery. I’d go back. Oh, & the time sprang ahead when we were there & oh well from them!!
I checked in yesterday to this awful hotel/condominium with hopeful wishing that we would be able to enjoy our time in OC. 1. They booked us in the wrong room and charged me $70 more. 2. The bathroom was dirty and covered in mold and toothpaste when we got here. 3. The curtains have stains up and down them. Little did we know they held a birthday party from 8-10 last night with kids running up and down the halls screaming while their parents drank alcohol. Please tell guests that you rent out the pool and hot tub for kids parties PRIOR to booking a room with you. What a nightmare! Beware travelers.
