RecommendedWe stayed in 1409, the condo we stayed in was in need of some maintenance and was not very clean . Signs of water damage to the ceiling, cracks in the ceiling , broken drawers. Also the condo did not appear to be cleaned. I had to wipe off the tables and counters, sweep the floors because there was random things on the floors like old cheerios and a twist top. If you want a hot shower after a long day at the beach don’t stay here. Lying in my bed all sandy and yucky on a Friday night because ice cold showers suck.
We booked our rooms and was set to check-in at 4:00pm. Shortly after having such an awesome customer service experience over the phone, on the way to Ocean City from Baltimore..... We all were at ease and couldn't wait to meet the front desk team of employees whom which welcomed us with a huge smile. Food over priced. My boys ordered 2 pizzas and they did not cut the pizza into slices. Be prepared to spend a lot of money. They charge for every little thing. Woke up at 2am to fire alarm, we had to leave the building and never received an answer as to what happened. The room was not cool, the hall ways were hot and muggy. Saddly I Will not stay again

Took my daughters on our first vacation in 5 years. We loved it! They had so much fun ice skating! We had an atrium view room with a balcony, I was a little nervous about it at first but the girls loved it and so did I! The room was very clean and the perfect size for the 4 of us. We loved the convenient access to the beach! My daughters kept saying on our quick trip how nice the hotel is and they want to stay there for future trips to OC! Everyone we came in contact with at the hotel was courteous friendly and helpful.
Love this place!!!
