RecommendedFirst time here and loved it!! We will definitely be back!! The room, refrigerator and balcony were huge. Great view!! The staff were all very accommodating and helpful from day 1 till we left. The location was great too. If you want to see the ocean make sure you get a Ocean View room, Not Ocean front. Ocean front you can only see the pool. I thought the prices were reasonable. We can’t wait to come back here!!
Was a nice stay minus our last day the fire alarm went off multiple times..right when our baby naps too. No explanation for that. Parking is insane. Cigarettes all over balcony and roof.

I have never received such terrible customer service. I stayed in this hotel from 8/30-9/1. I checked out in the early morning hours. When I checked out, I gave the lady at the front desk my keys and specified that I was checking out and to disable the room keys (due to the fact that I was missing a room key and was afraid of unauthorized room access.) Very well managed with endless offerings and fair prices.
We just checked out of this hotel this morning, and we were very pleased with our stay! Room was clean, beds comfortable, bathroom was nice and clean, stocked well with towels. The Front desk staff was super friendly, we arrived several hours early and we were allowed to use the pool and acess the beach in the meantime, then received a phone call 2 hours prior to our check in time that our room was ready. Although my kids loved the ice skating and it is right on the beach .. the hotel is a little run down .. I felt it wasn’t the cleanest either ... it really has so much potential to be better than what it is
Room was ok but needs some updating with plugs. Restaurant was totally disappointing compared to last year. The waiter was horrid. 10 min for a soda 20 min for ketchup..people across from us had to ask for silverwareto eat the meal yhey had already been given . Ice skating was fun for the kids. Soda-ice machines seem to always not function correctly .
