Currently staying here and loud loud music until 11PM!?!? Children running up and down the halls all night knocking on all doors. It’s ridiculous
Worst experience here....we get here in the winter months to use the indoor pool and ice skating rink to find out the ice skating rink is closed for a tournament and the pool is closed for cleaning!

My husband and I went for the New Year, we chose an oceanfront room. We did not know the Hotel, when we got to the automatic doors were broken, the luggage carts very dirty. The people working at the desk were very kind and attentive. When we arrived in our room, the hallway was full of dirty sheets in front of the rooms, we thought the sheets we were going to use were also played the same way.
