Staff was friendly, the pool was really nice but the hot tub had some mechanical issues but was still really nice. Our shower was clogged, and we had to tell front desk but they fixed it so that was no biggie. The beds felt like the springs were coming through the sheets and we woke up in pain. Good place for families, I’d say 3 out of 5.
Wonderful resort beautiful clean indoor and outdoor pools,awesome indoor skating rink with fun music playing in the lobby-restaurant and lounge/bar so fun and great food! Breathtaking views from our unbelievable oceanfront suite!!

Stayed 9/20-23 If I could give a negative ranking I would. I have never experienced a staff so unwilling to help with ANYTHING! They wouldn’t even let me have an empty coffee cup with the $4 coffee I bought. The beds were horrific. I’ve never had so much back and neck pain. My shower curtains had black mold. The place is a dump, except the lobby. I don’t know who has children that sleep until 10am, but for the rest of us nothing is open so I hope your tv works.
