Came for New Year’s Eve buffet. There’s a band and a dj but you have to “hang out” in a huge rec room with the ice ring with screaming kids and no where nice for adults to hang out. After a $250 dinner now I’m trying to find a place to go for after dinner activities because this definitely isn’t it.

I have been staying in this hotel since 2009 and this time is by far the most ridiculous. We booked an atrium view room on purpose to have a view of the ice rink. We like the indoor balcony and seeing the ice shows. Well our room has been 78° since we checked in yesterday. I understand this is an ongoing issue not being able to flip between heat and a/c because it’s an old building. Well maybe you need to fix it. RecommendedIt is a great place to stay we are local but love to come spend the night my daughter loves the ice skating. It is very clean but needs some updating.
