Needs to modernize a little, update the WiFi and provide USB charging in the rooms.
It was cold walking from the pool to the elevators. I think it would be better if the ice rink was closed off. Other than that I loved the staff and my room.
After staying the night we went to the pool before checking out , brother in law ended up having a seizure from going from hot tub to cold pool and falling into their pool ...NO employee came to help pull him out of the pool, no employee nor manager even called 911 , did not even come to see what was going on , and we were told NO ONE was CPR certified. We stayed for the ice hockey tournament this weekend. Staff was wonderful! Especially Samuel at the front desk. Very helpful & knowledgeable! The only reason for 4 stars is the bathroom was outdated & need some work!
OLD! Duct work needs cleaned... too much particulate in the air. If you have upper respiratory issues consider another place.
Never heard of a breakfast buffet without bread/toast, bagels, muffins....
The condo we stayed in was on the 11th floor and was pretty and large enough. After many years of staying at the Carousel I was disappointed. The condo was not clean, there was half eaten food and snacks left in the cabinets, dust bunnies of blonde hair all over the place and the dishwasher was broken. I brought the broken dishwasher to the attention of the condo staff, maintenance responded within minutes. I expected someone to repair it on Saturday. This did not happen.
