Was pleasantly surprised with the new decor in the room!! Customer service = A+. My daughter left her jacket in the room, they are shipping it to me free of charge! Thank You !!
What a dump. Ice rink not working. No hot water so no showers in two days. CONSTRUCTION going on just outside the doors starting before 9am with drilling, sawing, etc all day both days we stayed here. Pools and arcade room periodically closed to kids here and there due to some sort of “incident”. They should have closed. Management said “this place isn’t for everybody” when my gf talked about the issues. Seriously zero excuse for taking my money.
Had a great time, except when they had to close the pool for an entire evening & made no concessions for us! Restraint is expensive but you can gel delivery. I’d go back. Oh, & the time sprang ahead when we were there & oh well from them!!
Please tell guests that you rent out the pool and hot tub for kids parties PRIOR to booking a room with you. What a nightmare! Beware travelers.
We did an overnight trip just for a little get away. Pleasantly surprised! My daughter had such a blast ice skating for the first time. The pool area was clean, the water was nice and warm and the hot tub was perfect.. except that you let children in the hot tub. That was the only downfall of the trip. Loved the little bar area and the ice cream parlor. The snacks were great.
No hot water. Personnel was rude. Not very clean. Very disappointing.
The room was ok. Coffee machine was very dirty. The reef restaurant- dishes and utensils were dirty. Food was not as good as expected for the price.
