We had an ocean front room, great view however the handle on the balcony door was broken, and the bed was really hard and uncomfortable. But, nice hotel st a reasonable rate.
The hotel is nice but a few updates should be made. Like the mattress, the breakfast food was not cooked to well. Croissant was not cooked; too much cheese and the fried potato look like they was soaked in grease. The shower was lovely but I had to wait for the water to warm up in the bathroom sink. Other than the above... the service is good.
We found this place over 10 years ago. Every year since we haven't stayed anyplace else. Perfect location, great amenities, views from all around, plenty of parking, courteous efficient staff, exceptionally reasonable rates. Always have my vote and business whenever we are here.
I was very disappointed this time my sliding glass door did not open until Saturday afternoon when maintenance fixed it..I was told by the lady when I booked it that ocean patio was an ocean view and I had a building directly behind my room blocking the ocean I was in room 153 when I let the lady at the front desk know she said ocean patio is not Oceanview very disappointed in the way it was handled

Love it here!! The staff , the atmosphere ... everything!!! But, Kim is my most favorite!! She is amazing!!!
Great for family group or other vacation stuff. Ideal spot for both kids and adults tons to do here. Get the ocean front view you wouldn’t regret it.
We had an awesome stay! Rose Bush and the Ice skating Lady that runs the ice skate rental were awesome. Both of them convinced us we need to come back this summer and enjoy the family activities.
