I will go back everything was perfect �
We'll definitely come back again. The staff is very friendly & helpful. The children loved the ice skating rink, pools & Camp Carousel. The adults loved the ocean front beach access, outdoor entertainment area & jacuzzi. Our room was clean, comfortable and plenty of space. The only issue was on our last day, July 6th. It was raining very hard and water was leaking into the indoor pool. There was also a very strong smell of chlorine.
Left a couple days early due to finding 4 mice within 5 days of stay, including 1 under the bed we have been sleeping in. There were 7 people in the room including young children. As we were leaving there was also literal crap all the way from the elevator down the hall of our room. (Room 804).
Movies on the beach was great but the best part was watching the waves and hearing the sound roar. Just to be clear “I didn’t stay at the hotel.” Just enjoyed Paddington 2.
Best in the OC will be returning

I had an wonderful stay here for vacation
The hotel itself was nice. Our room smelled of cigarette smoke. The AC did not work. There were bugs. Not a great sense of cleanliness.
Hotel was great! No complaints, staff was courteous, room was clean, had the ocean view, kids had a ball! We stayed for three days and will be going back in August for five days. Never had to leave the resort other than site seeing and buying souvenirs! Great stay!
