Very accommodating. Staff is always pleasant. Rose is very nice, so is Mary. Reef restaurant is extremely accommodating aswell. Because it's the off season they allowed me to have an entire side of the restaurant to have a nice quiet romantic dinner with my girlfriend. Even had a bottle of champagne waiting on the table for us. Love the view, we've come the last two years and always stay Valentine's weekend or the weekend before. It's always a relaxing time here. Pool and hot tub was dirty and kids running up and down the halls at midnight yelling. Never going back
Last minute trip, awesome rate! We had a great time
We lost hot water for a while on new year's eve and the fire alarm went off as well (it was a false alarm). This caused issues at the front lobby who did not seemed to be prepared or even trained. No one seamed to be in charge.
For the winter time, I enjoyed my stay there very much. My family and I didn't have any issues. We enjoyed ice skating, swimming, and the food.
Went for the pool and hot tub !!!! Freezing hot tub/broken ... dirty pool!!!! So cold in area tht attendant had a space heater to keep warm!!!Front desk staff very rude!!! All rides broken for kids. Won't be returning!!!! They tried to redeem with free ice skating which was a good gesture ... but too late!!!
We had Thanksgiving dinner at the Carousel yesterday. We had eaten there a few years ago and had a much better experience, which is why we returned. I was disappointed that the price had gone up yet they had less options than the first time we had gone. Also, we had to sit in a makeshift area near the ice rink instead of the dining room, where we sat the last time.
