For the money i spent i did not get What i expected small room, ice rink view, could not use balcony door jammed, no instructions to pool access. It a good thing they had the Atlantic ocean. That was the only good thing. This was my retirement gift thanks for nothing. a Motel 6 would have been better place. Will not recommend and NEVER be back

Have never had a problem here I wish I could own a condo so I can never leave great family place clean good staff good pool can't complain.
Excellent resort! Have been coming for years and the staff is very friendly, rooms are clean, and the food is great! Convenience to everything is wonderful especially the beach access, and many restaurants! Having an indoor and outdoor pool is great too along with the ice rink, kids love it!
Me my boyfriend and my friend and hers checked in Saturday evening all tho they were busy they were friendly and nice the Hotel was clean and I enjoyed the room 3rd floor Great view
Have stayed here for the last 3 years and has always been a great experience. We always rent one of the condos through a broker and have never had any issues. The only complaint I have is that they allow people to be parked in the loading zone ALL DAY long. Not sure why this is allowed to occur but every year it is the same making checking in and out sometimes very difficult as there is a limited amount of room to load your vehicle.
