We had a wonderful time. We checked in early. Mary who checked me in was awesome!! She was super friendly and knowledgeable of the area. (THANK YOU AGAIN MARY). Our room was perfect. The staff was so friendly. I can't say enough good about this place. We'll be back!
It has been a long Ride And great experience from check I'm thought the trip. Staff is courtesy and helpful. I will definitely getting a room or condo from them again. Awesome staff and helpful. Would definitely Recommend anytime to anyone looking for reasonable rates. Very clean rooms and efficient staff. Worth it all the way live.
I got here around 3:30, waited an hour and a half in line to check in, just to finally get up to our room and the fire alarm go off 5 minutes later. Apparently this is the second time it's happened already today due to a "malfunction" my vacation is off to a very annoyed and frustrating start because of this hotel!! Not a good first impression at all! I will never be returning.
I just spent a week at the Crystal Beach on the boardwalk. The room was nice, hotel in general was nice. My main problem was with Kevin at the front desk. He was very rude, not accommodating, pretty much called me a liar to my face. I booked 2 rooms. 11st one was ready when we got there. Later I got my key to the second room. I realized when I got my key, there was no parking permit for my vehicle. The first room did, but my didn't. We just arrived home from our honeymoon. We travel frequently and this was by far the most pleasanr and accommodating staff we have ever encountered. The hotel was also exceptionally clean and well maintained. We plan on another stay this summer and probably every anniversary for the foreseeable future.
